According to the spirit of the document Notice of the Development and Reform Commission of Henan Province on Forwarding (Yufa Gaijiaguan [2065438+08] No.456), and according to the linkage mechanism between the sales price of urban gas in our province and the price of upstream pipeline natural gas, with the consent of the municipal government, the relevant matters concerning further relaxing the price of pipeline natural gas for residents in our city are hereby notified as follows:

1. The primary sales price of residents was adjusted from the current 2.57 yuan/m3 to 2.64 yuan/m3, up by 0.07 yuan/m3. The preferential policies for domestic gas consumption in schools, kindergartens and pension welfare structures remain unchanged, and the prices are adjusted accordingly.

Second, according to the guidance of the Provincial Development and Reform Commission, the second-grade ladder price of residents will be raised according to the ratio of 1: 1.3, from the current 3.35 yuan/cubic meter to 3.43 yuan/cubic meter.

Three, the monthly gas consumption of less than 30 square meters of low-income users are still implemented according to the standard of 2.22 yuan/cubic meter before adjustment.

Four. The above prices will be implemented from July 2020 1. In July 2020, the gas volume still implemented the pre-adjustment price; In August 2020, the gas volume is subject to the average price before and after adjustment; In September, 2020, the gas volume shall be implemented as 1 adjusted price. "

Five, gas enterprises should be strictly in accordance with the sales price, and in a prominent position in the business premises to be publicized, do a good job of policy interpretation, to ensure the smooth implementation of the guidance. All gas enterprises should adjust the gas sales system in a timely manner, strictly implement policies and regulations such as price adjustment time, gas price standard and gas price classification, consciously accept social supervision, and maintain the gas price order.
