Now, all insurance companies know that people don't want to be salesmen to sell insurance, so they change their names to recruit office workers, clerks, lecturers and management cadres. In fact, they are all selling dog meat, which is euphemistically called "recruitment rhetoric". To put it bluntly, it is a bluff. Because there are few formal backstage positions in insurance companies, especially those with low requirements such as clerks, they will not come out for open recruitment and will be given to related households. As for the backstage positions with high business requirements such as lecturers and group training, they are generally transferred from excellent fields or concurrently. So you must be careful not to be cheated. In addition, office jobs such as clerks are generally done by girls, because girls are more patient, careful and have a better attitude.
