At the same time, employees will be organized to undergo another nucleic acid test within 24 hours before resuming work.

(7) The enterprise shall verify the COVID-19 vaccination status of all employees, and all employees who meet the vaccination conditions shall be vaccinated.

IV. Enterprises should strengthen their own management after resuming work

(1) Adopt a closed management model, minimize or avoid direct contact with outsiders, and resolutely prevent the importation of the epidemic. For outsiders who really need to enter the enterprise, they must register the time of entry and exit, name, contact information and other information, and implement temperature measurement and "card code" inspection measures. Only if they meet the requirements can they enter.

(2) Establish an employee health monitoring system. Employees' body temperature should be checked every day before entering the office or factory for work. If any abnormalities are found, they should be handled and reported immediately according to regulations.

(3) It is necessary to adjust and optimize working methods, narrow the scope of personnel activities, minimize the gathering of people caused by various meetings, receptions, etc., and cancel unnecessary gathering activities such as cultural and entertainment activities.

(4) It is necessary to strengthen the cleaning and disinfection of key places such as restrooms, dormitories, canteens, toilets, bathroom elevators, etc., and assign dedicated personnel to be responsible for regular disinfection. Elevator buttons, door handles and other frequently touched parts should be disinfected more frequently.

(5) It is necessary to strengthen canteen management. In addition to ensuring epidemic prevention and control in procurement, production and other links, try to adopt methods such as divided meals and staggered meals.

(6) Dormitory management must be strengthened. Dormitories that do not meet sanitary conditions and do not have daily prevention and control measures shall not be used.

(7) Ventilation should be strengthened in the workplace to maintain indoor air circulation. Where conditions permit, natural ventilation should be adopted. When natural ventilation is not possible or the ventilation conditions are poor, physical ventilation should be carried out through mechanical equipment such as exhaust fans, ventilation fans, air conditioners, etc. and the air should be exhausted directly to the outdoors. When using a central air conditioner for ventilation, the air conditioner should be cleaned regularly and the air conditioner return air filter should be disinfected.

(8) After enterprises resume work and production, they must regularly organize employees to undergo nucleic acid testing in accordance with relevant regulations.

V. Other related requirements

(1) Competent departments of various industries and disease control departments must strengthen training and guidance on epidemic prevention and control before enterprises resume work and during production and operation. Educate and guide employees to pay attention to personal hygiene and keep a distance of more than 1 meter when communicating with others; wash hands with running water and hand sanitizer immediately after contact with respiratory secretions.

(2) All regions provide enterprises with comprehensive information on purchasing channels for protective materials, and assist enterprises in purchasing protective materials and reserve them.

(3) Enterprises should guide employees through publicity and education to enhance their ability to identify the authenticity of information, and do not forward, spread or hype false information, so as to create a good public opinion environment for epidemic prevention and control.

(4) All relevant departments and regions must pay close attention to the production and operation of enterprises and take various practical measures to solve various problems such as the security of production materials encountered by enterprises in production and operation.

(5) Enterprises must strictly manage production safety during the process of resuming work and production.
