I also went to some deceptive company interviews when I just graduated.

A few experiences tell you:

1, general sales companies will advertise for people, and the salary written on it is very attractive. If you go for an interview, I will tell you that the position you applied for is not vacant. You start with sales, and then you will be the top one when there is a vacancy. (tell everyone who goes) and then let you sell shampoo, facial cleanser and so on. (I will give you a commission according to your monthly sales) Every morning, I will shout the slogan together: I want to succeed, I must succeed. It's a bit like pyramid selling, but it's not pyramid selling.

2.MLM Company: Don't bring your ID card when you go to the interview. MLM usually leaves your ID card, student ID card and possibly the original diploma for various reasons to threaten your future. If this company wants you to keep these original documents, you should be careful. You'd better say you didn't. Generally, regular companies just look at the original documents and keep copies, not the original ones.

If you are a girl, you'd better not go for an interview by yourself, because some companies will work in residential buildings, where there will be fewer people. You can go with your classmates or friends or family.

4, go to several companies, you can see which company is strong and which one is well paid.
