Tangshan Panasonic is a Sino-Japanese joint venture, with Panasonic accounting for 60% and Kaiyuan Group accounting for 40%. The company has been established for more than ten years, and all aspects are relatively stable and mature, with good benefits. Generally, Japanese learners are translators, and Panasonic's translation is very powerful, with at least 5 years' working experience.

Kaiyuan Special Welding, wholly owned by Kaiyuan Group, is a private enterprise. It was just established last year, and the demand for talents is relatively large. It is estimated that the treatment of special welding is roughly the same as that of Tangshan Panasonic.
