The function of the Black Belt Master is to assist in formulating and organizing the promotion strategies and plans for six suitable horses, to train and coach the black belt/green belt, to help select six suitable horse improvement projects, to determine six suitable horse measurement standards, project certification and black belt/green belt certification standards, and to develop six suitable horse teaching materials of the company. It provides a technical and theoretical guidance platform for the black belt and green belt, and also establishes a complete support system for enterprises to continuously implement the six horse-suitable projects.
