Third, the recruitment process

The recruitment work is carried out by combining examination and assessment in accordance with the principle of "voluntary registration, fair competition and merit-based recruitment".

(1) Registration

Anyone who voluntarily meets the registration requirements shall register at the Political Department of Suqian Municipal Transportation Bureau (Room 4 10, Office Building of Suqian Municipal Transportation Bureau) at 8: 30-1:30 every morning from February 3, 2008 to February 4, 2008; 2 pm -5: 30 pm.

Materials required for registration:

1. My ID card, diploma and degree certificate (original and photocopy).

2. Applicants are required to submit three recent two-inch color photos with the same cover. Applicants fill in the "Registration Form for Open Recruitment of Staff in Suqian Municipal Units" (in duplicate), and go through the registration procedures after passing the qualification examination.

(2) Examination

The examination consists of written examination and interview, and is organized by the Municipal Personnel Bureau and the Municipal Transportation Bureau.

2. Interview: The total number of people recruited as planned shall not exceed 1:3, and the interviewers shall be determined from high score to low score, and interviews shall be arranged centrally. The interview time and place will be announced separately.

After the interview, according to the ratio of 50% of the written test scores and 50% of the interview scores, the total score of the candidates is calculated by the percentage system, and 60 is the qualified line.

(3) Physical examination

According to the interview results, medical examiners are determined according to the proportion of positions to be recruited from high to low: 1: 1. The physical examination standard shall be implemented with reference to the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial).

If there is a vacancy due to unqualified medical examination, it can be replenished from high score to low score in the interview results of the applicants.

(4) Investigation

Those who pass the physical examination shall be inspected by the employing unit with reference to the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of the Examination and Employment of National Civil Servants in Jiangsu Province. Those who pass the inspection shall be publicized by the Municipal Personnel Bureau and the Municipal Transportation Bureau respectively in Suqian Talent Network and Suqian Transportation Bureau Network, and those who have no problems after publicity shall be regarded as the persons to be employed.

(5) Employment and treatment

Qualified publicity personnel, by the municipal talent service center for "special career preparation" personnel dispatch procedures. The probation period is 6 months (fresh graduates 1 year), during which you can enjoy the treatment of public institutions stipulated by the state. Those who pass the examination after the probation period will continue to be employed; Those who fail the examination shall not be employed.

If an employee signs a labor contract or employment agreement with the relevant unit, it shall be handled in accordance with relevant regulations.
