First, the process of handling the business license in Chengdu

The first step is to approve the name. After determining the company's type, name, registered capital, shareholders and contribution ratio, you can submit an application for name verification in the industrial and commercial bureau or online. If it fails, it needs to be re-signed. It takes 1-3 working days.

Step 2: Submit the information. After approval, confirm the address information, senior management information and business scope, and submit the pre-application online. After the online pre-trial is passed, submit the application materials to the industrial and commercial bureau according to the appointment time. After passing, you will receive a notice of approval for establishment registration. It takes 5- 15 working days.

The third step is to get the certificate. On the day of appointment, bring the Notice of Approval of Establishment Registration and the original ID card of the manager to the Industrial and Commercial Bureau to obtain the original and duplicate business license.

Second, the application materials

1. Application for industrial and commercial registration of individual industrial and commercial households signed by the operator;

2. Notice of pre-approval of individual industrial and commercial households;

3. If an agent is entrusted, the certificate of entrusted agent signed by the operator and a copy of the ID card of entrusted agent shall also be submitted.

4. A copy of the ID card of the operator;

To apply for registration as a family business, the organizer shall register as an operator, and submit a copy of the household registration book or marriage certificate as proof of the kinship of family members; At the same time, submit copies of ID cards of other family members involved in the business, and put their names and ID numbers on record.

5. Certificate of use of business premises;

If an individual industrial and commercial household takes its own place as its business place, it shall submit a copy of the property right certificate of its own place; If renting another person's house, a copy of the lease agreement and the property right certificate shall be submitted; If it is impossible to submit the property right certificate of the business premises, it may submit the relevant certificates issued by the market organizers, various development zone management committees and village neighborhood committees approved by the government agreeing to engage in business activities in the premises.

If the house is changed into a business house, it belongs to a city house. According to Article 48 of Chengdu Property Management Regulations, the owners and users shall use the house according to the purpose approved by the planning administrative department or specified in the real estate register, and shall not change the nature of its use without authorization. If it is really necessary to change, in addition to complying with laws, regulations and management regulations, it shall be approved by the interested owners; And approved by the administrative departments of planning, land, health, environmental protection and fire protection according to law; If it is a non-urban house, submit relevant certificates stipulated by the local government.

6. Where there are items in the business scope for application for registration that must be approved before registration according to laws, administrative regulations and the State Council decisions, a copy of the relevant license or approval document shall be submitted.

7. Other materials required by the registration authority.

If the above items do not indicate the copy to be submitted, the original shall be submitted; If a copy is submitted, it shall be marked as "consistent with the original" and signed by the individual industrial and commercial operators or their entrusted agents.
