Because of the advantages of ceramic zinc pot in service life and cost reduction, ceramic zinc pot is more and more widely used. Usually, continuous hot dip galvanizing production line adopts induction heating. 3. When the unit is in normal production state, the zinc pot does not need to be heated, because the heat brought by the strip steel is enough to maintain the heat required by the zinc liquid in the zinc pot, and resistance heating can only be started when the unit is stopped. In addition to zinc, zinc solution contains 0.05% to 0.25% of lead, 0. 1% to 0.3% of aluminum and 0.03% to 0.05% of iron. When zinc cools and solidifies on the surface of strip steel to form zinc flower, lead plays the role of crystal bud, while aluminum and zinc form an aluminum alloy layer with strong adhesion, which plays a role in enhancing the adhesion between zinc layer and matrix. Stabilizing roller and air knife control the thickness and uniformity of zinc layer, and advanced air knife can control each zinc layer at the level of 30 grams per square meter. Generally speaking, the greater the air pressure of air knife, the smaller the distance, the slower the speed of strip steel and the thinner the zinc layer. According to the relationship between zinc layer thickness and these parameters, the control of zinc layer thickness has been able to realize closed-loop automatic control at present. Galvanized iron wire is mainly divided into galvanized iron wire and yellow iron wire, which are used in communication equipment, medical equipment, netting, handicrafts and other industries.
