Responsible for the formulation and implementation of the overall planning scheme of the project, and participate in the development planning and strategy formulation of the project;

Review the project progress, review the project summary, supervise and guide the implementation and acceptance of all projects to ensure the smooth completion of the project;

Manage technical team, responsible for team recruitment, training, incentive assessment and improving team performance;
