Why do most security personnel have a bad attitude?

Most of the security guards were introduced by some relatives without training. Moreover, the quality of these staff members is not very high, and the salary of security guards is not very high. So they still have some emotions in their hearts, and they are not trained security guards, so their attitude towards others is not very good. And they listen to the arrangement of the leader every day and have everything. They may be in a bad mood. In fact, this is a small matter. It is the responsibility of the security department to take good care of the property of its own unit, maintain the order of the unit, manage the vehicles entering and leaving, and ensure the safety of work. There is nothing wrong with what others have done. But this attitude of talking and doing things is really pleasing, and everyone will feel uncomfortable.

On the way back from work, I think the doorman and security guard are actually a part of the workplace culture and staff quality of a unit. They are also "window posts", which not only perform their duties and provide qualified services, but also represent the image and quality of a unit.

But why is this "window" especially cold, blunt and rude to the outside world?

I think there are probably several reasons. Do you think my analysis is correct?

First, the security teams of many units are recruited by themselves, instead of entrusting professional security companies. These positions are not so demanding on academic qualifications and quality, and they have not received any standardized professional training, so the overall quality is relatively poor.

Second, some security guards are recruited by leading friends to be nepotistic. They think there are people up there, and they work in well-known big units. They also have the right to "go in and out" and a sense of superiority. They have a good eye, but they are too low on people.

Third, long-term security duty work, dealing with the situation of "foreign vehicles refused to enter" all day, is commonplace. Service consciousness has been diluted, and there is no daily supervision and inspection by leaders. Usually, even the minimum courtesy and professionalism are too lazy to install "window posts". All kinds of performance, of course, is the true performance of their own quality.

Fourth, we listen to the leaders' emphasis on vocational training in the workplace all day, but many leaders simply don't care whether the security guards at the gate of their own units have professionalism and service consciousness, or only care whether the security comrades respect the people inside the gate, and don't care how they treat foreigners.

As a matter of fact, security work is very hard. It's not easy to change shifts during the day and night, and it's a big responsibility if something goes wrong.

However, in any work, there is a basic etiquette in dealing with people, right? Bow to the leader, and have at least respect and courtesy for strangers and outsiders who come to handle affairs, right?

In fact, people are more harmonious. You are polite to him, and he will be polite to you.
