1. Qualification conditions for participation in transfer and selection

(1) Qualification conditions for staff of transfer and selection agencies

(2) Qualification conditions for the selection and transfer of staff of public institutions

1. All departments of the municipal government and public institutions of all banners, counties and districts have the status of staff of public institutions. Compile on-the-job personnel.

3. Born after July 1, 1980, in good health.

(3) Those who have any of the following circumstances are not allowed to participate in the selection and selection:

2. Recommended registration and qualification review

3. Relevant requirements for recommendation work

1. 4. Examination inspection and other matters

⒈Written test. It is conducted in a closed book format. It mainly tests the candidates’ comprehensive writing ability.

After the written examination, the test results will be announced in the student building of the Municipal Party School and the applicant will be notified. Candidates for the interview will be determined according to the ratio of 1:3 of the proposed quota.

⒉Interview. It mainly examines the candidates' comprehensive analysis ability, organizational coordination ability and language expression ability. The assessment will be graded on the spot and the results will be announced on the spot.

After the interview, the comprehensive scores (50 points for the written test and 50 points for the interview) will be announced in the student building of the Municipal Party School. (2) Organize inspections.
