Bidding Procedure of Jixian Industrial Park in zhouzhi county

1. For any project invested in zhouzhi county Jixian Industrial Park, the project unit shall first register with the management committee of Jixian Industrial Park with the project feasibility study report (compiled by qualified units) and other materials. After investigation and consultation between the Management Committee of Jixian Industrial Park and China Merchants, the county merchants will issue a confirmation letter of project registration (completed within two working days).

3. After the project pre-trial meeting, the management committee of Jixian Industrial Park will arrange a special person to follow the whole process. The project unit first goes to the industrial and commercial bureau for pre-approval of the name, then goes to a qualified EIA unit to make an EIA report form or report, and signs the Agreement on Entry with the Management Committee of Jixian Industrial Park; Sign a pre-land acquisition agreement with the county unified levy office. (2) Project establishment

1. Site selection: The Management Committee of Jixian Industrial Park will conduct site survey together with the Construction Bureau, Land and Resources Bureau and Jixian Town, and the Management Committee of Jixian Industrial Park will issue site selection opinions. (Based on materials: minutes of government meetings, feasibility study and registration confirmation. Settlement within two working days)

2. EIA: The project unit shall submit meeting minutes, feasibility study, registration confirmation, site selection opinions, environmental impact assessment registration form, statements or reports to the environmental protection department for approval and registration. (The registration form will be completed in two working days, the report form in six working days and the report 12 working days).

3. Project establishment: The project unit will submit the above materials to the county development and reform commission for project establishment, and the county development and reform commission will issue a Notice of Confirmation of Project Establishment Record according to its authority. (completed within three working days)

(3) Land pre-examination and land use approval

1, pre-examination of land for construction projects. Construction projects that need the approval of the people's government or the development and reform department of the people's government shall be pre-examined by the land and resources management department of the people's government at the county level. Key projects such as biomedicine, electromechanical manufacturing, high-tech, deep processing of agricultural and sideline products, and supporting infrastructure in Jixian Industrial Park can be applied for construction after pre-examination.

2. Land use planning permit: the project unit shall go to the county construction bureau to apply for land use planning permit with the above documents and other materials. (completed within three working days)

3. After paying various taxes and fees, the project unit shall apply for land use (1 working day), submit for approval (1 month), provide land (1 month) and land certificate (5 working days).

(4) Establish trial procedures.

The project unit holds the first four documents and other materials to the county construction bureau for the construction project planning permit and construction permit. (completed within five working days)

(5) Several requirements

1. All relevant departments must go through all formalities in accordance with policies and procedures.
