At this time, your salary must have been very good. Although you will have to work overtime and draw pictures, you are basically no longer as anxious as you were back then. No matter what the project is, you can find ideas to solve it.

3. As you accumulate experience, the things that tortured you back then will undoubtedly become your most valuable asset. For engineers, what can be more satisfying than completing a project and solving a practical engineering problem? ! There is also a sense of conquest! ? Therefore, engineers are happy, but they must go through the baptism of hellish life!

The water conservancy industry cannot be said to have a future, but it is not as unbearable as some people say. In all engineering industries, practical experience is greater than academic qualifications. I think if you suffer a little bit when you are young and participate more in engineering practice, you can become an expert in seven or eight years.
