Therefore, the school attaches great importance to the construction of teaching staff and the sustainable development strategy of the school, and has formulated and implemented a 3-5 year plan for the construction and development of teaching staff, and established and improved the teacher training system. Earnestly run in-service medical postgraduate classes to ensure the quality of postgraduate classes. Constantly strengthen school-based training, continue to hire well-known professors from inside and outside the province to give lectures in our school, and train all teachers in a targeted manner. Support teachers to go out to participate in various learning, training, academic annual meetings, editing meetings, etc. It is carried out in a planned way every year. Continue to improve the teacher reward system. Strive to build a "double-qualified" team of teachers and cadres. At present, there are 1 16 faculty members and 82 full-time and part-time teachers, including 25 senior lecturers 12 and intermediate lecturers. The qualified rate of teachers' undergraduate education is 90%. 1 teacher was hired as a special editor by the national core periodical Health Vocational Education, and 1 teacher was selected as the "1352" talent project in Jiuquan City. Five teachers are municipal academic leaders, 10 teachers are municipal backbone teachers, and more than 30 faculty members are commended and rewarded by municipal outstanding teachers and educators. In the past five years, many teachers have been studying for postgraduate degrees on the job, and more than 100 people have gone to other places to study and improve their clinical research. All these have greatly improved the theoretical and practical ability of teachers' education and teaching specialty, and fundamentally ensured the rapid, stable, healthy and sustainable development and improvement of school education and teaching quality.
