Anyone who abides by national laws and regulations, abides by professional ethics and meets one of the following conditions may apply for taking the professional qualification examination for environmental impact assessment engineers:

(a) to obtain a college degree in environmental protection, engaged in environmental impact assessment for 7 years; Or obtain a college degree in other majors and have been engaged in environmental impact assessment for 8 years.

(two) to obtain a bachelor's degree in environmental protection, engaged in environmental impact assessment for 5 years; Or obtain a bachelor's degree in other majors and have been engaged in environmental impact assessment for 6 years.

(3) Having obtained a master's degree in environmental protection and engaged in environmental impact assessment for 2 years; Or obtain a master's degree in other majors and have been engaged in environmental impact assessment for 3 years.

(4) Obtained a doctorate in environmental protection and engaged in environmental impact assessment for 1 year; Or get a doctorate in other majors and have been engaged in environmental impact assessment for 2 years.
