1. Have a full-time college degree or above in accounting and finance, and have junior accountant qualifications or above.

4. Registration requirements

(2) Qualification review

(3) Examination

The examination consists of a written examination and an interview.

1. Written test: The written test is conducted in a closed-book format with a 100-point system. It mainly tests the basic knowledge of the company and professional knowledge related to the position. The time and location of the written examination will be notified later.

2. Interview: The interviewers will be selected according to the ratio of 1:3 to the number of people to be hired for the position, and will be determined from high scores to low scores based on the written test scores. The interview was conducted using a structured interview method. The interview content is comprehensive quality and professional knowledge. The passing score for the interview is 60 points. The interview time and location will be notified later

3. After the interview, the total exam score will be calculated based on the written test score and the interview score, with a full score of 100 points.

Among them, the written test scores and interview scores account for 50% respectively. When calculating a candidate's score, two decimal places are retained. Examination results are announced on the website of the Hainan Provincial People's Government and the website of the Hainan Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security.

(4) Assessment and physical examination

Based on the comprehensive scores, from high scores to low scores, the assessment candidates will be determined according to the ratio of 1:1 to the number of people to be recruited for the position, and determined based on the assessment situation Candidates for physical examination (physical examination standards shall be implemented with reference to the civil servant recruitment standards). Candidates who fail to pass the assessment and physical examination will be disqualified. Based on the results of examinations, assessments and physical examinations, the candidates to be hired will be selected based on the relevant procedures and announced on the website of the Hainan Provincial People's Government for 7 working days in accordance with the procedures. . If there are disputes during the publicity period, our office will organize an investigation and handling, and the results of the investigation and handling will be reported to the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security in a timely manner.
