How to obtain the qualification of a third-party testing organization

The first step is to register the company. Different regions also have requirements for registered capital, at least 500,000 registered capital;

Step 2: After industrial and commercial registration is completed, it is necessary to purchase instruments and equipment and recruit chemical analysis engineers. The instrument must be a national standard chemical analysis instrument certified by CMC. The basic instruments are: gas chromatograph, spectrophotometer, soap film flowmeter, analytical balance, atmospheric sampler, radon detector, drying box, etc.

The third step, the personnel need at least one senior chemical analysis engineer and several chemical analysis engineers;

Step 4: After a trial run of at least three months and a complete laboratory management system is established, apply to the Provincial Quality Supervision Bureau for metrological certification;

Step 5, the Certification Department of the Provincial Quality Supervision Bureau will inform you when to conduct on-site review;

Step 6: On-site evaluation (this is the most critical). If there are few projects applying for certification, two people will come, one is the team leader in charge of quality system inspection and the other is the expert in charge of technical inspection.

Step 7: On-site audit will generally produce some unqualified items, as long as there are not too many, it is generally no problem. One is that there will be some problems more or less, and the other is to reflect the level of experts. So there will definitely be some unqualified projects;

The eighth step is to rectify the unqualified items for at least one month. After the rectification is completed one month later, submit relevant written certificates to the team leader.
