She planned to establish the English Department of the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences and served as a faculty member to teach English. Because the English teaching materials at that time were extremely limited, she used the extraordinary achievements of a linguist and English professor to compile graduate English teaching materials. , this edition of the textbook can still be found today.

In order to cultivate more outstanding talents, she found professors who were assigned to the wrong sect at the time and persuaded them to teach. She also invited retired teachers, recruited job seekers to teach, and even started to train excellent teachers herself. .

Li Pei successively promoted the establishment of Zhongguancun kindergarten and primary school. It also took more than 10 years to open hundreds of "Zhongguancun Grand Forums".

After the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and the United States, Li Pei and Mr. Li Zhengdao founded the Sino-US joint training program, which helped batch after batch of international students go abroad and trained generations of graduate students to write their Huazhang.
