First, don't go back to China unless necessary.

When coughing and sneezing, you should pay attention to shielding, and you must not go to closed and crowded places. If you have suspicious symptoms such as fever and cough, you should go to the nearest fever clinic as soon as possible.

Second, matters needing attention on the way home

If you and your relatives and friends must return to China, please take strict protective measures on the way. To prepare a mask, disinfectant wipes or antibacterial hand gel, wear a mask all the time, keep a distance of more than 1 m from others, and do not touch your mouth, eyes and nose with unwashed hands. Avoid closed and crowded places. After returning to the station and airport in this city, go straight home, don't visit relatives and friends, and don't stay anywhere. Third, matters needing attention after returning to China

1. Report in time after returning to China. After returning home, immediately report your recent visit to your village, and the village Committee will register information for you and your entourage.

2. Maintain good hygiene habits. Insist on wearing a mask, washing hands frequently, ventilation frequently, disinfection frequently, "1 rice noodle", chopsticks and spoons, rubbing your mouth, nose and eyes less, not spitting, covering your mouth and nose when coughing and sneezing, not littering, keeping your home clean and ventilated frequently.

3. Reduce all kinds of party activities. Cancel all kinds of group worship and large-scale condolences, parties, performances, dinners and other activities. Suspend all assembly and religious activities. All kinds of private family gatherings and dinners should be controlled below 10, and people gathering places should be avoided as much as possible, especially closed places. During the Spring Festival, it is advocated to pay a New Year call without meeting by phone or WeChat.

4. Do a good job in personal health management. Keep a regular routine, pay attention to a healthy diet and exercise moderately. Pay attention to the common sense of COVID-19 and other infectious diseases, and take correct personal protective measures. If you have fever, dry cough, chest tightness and other symptoms, go to the fever clinic of a nearby medical institution in time and try not to take public transportation on the way.

5. Returned personnel from overseas and domestic high-risk areas obey the relevant provisions of health management. Implement "three 14" health management for "four types of personnel": the "four types of personnel" identified in the first port of entry city shall be quarantined 14 days after discharge from the first port of entry city, 14 days after arrival and return, and 14 days at home. "Double 14" health management shall be implemented for "non-IV personnel": the entry personnel shall be isolated in the first port city for 14 days, and the domestic middle and high-risk personnel who come to Zhangzhou and return to Zhangzhou shall be isolated for 14 days; After the isolation is lifted, you must stay at home for 14 days. For those who violate the regulations on home isolation observation, centralized isolation observation will be implemented.

6. Non-medium-high-risk areas should generally hold a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 7 days. After arriving in Zhangzhou, people should take the initiative to declare the relevant information of their recent personal trips to the community or hotel where they live. Without a valid certificate for nucleic acid detection, communities or units, hotels should implement health management measures and arrange nucleic acid detection quickly.

7. When purchasing cold chain and frozen food, especially imported cold fresh food, you should ask for inspection and quarantine certificate, and disinfect the external packaging in time after purchase. Advocate non-contact receiving express items and do preventive disinfection.

8. Strictly implement normalized prevention and control measures. In and out of hospitals, shopping malls, supermarkets, bus stations, railway stations, airports, theaters, tourist attractions, elevators and other public places, you must wear masks, take your temperature, and pass by health code green code. Those who don't follow the requirements are strictly forbidden to enter.
