How to operate tower crane well

When the crane driver hears the whistle to start the crane, he must first adjust the position difference between the cart and the suspended object. Then, drive the car to the top of the hoisted object, and choose the hook or small hook according to the size of the hoisted object. Note that before the cart stops, don't drop the hook at the same time to avoid multiple operations.

Generally speaking, the closer the hook is to the ground, the clearer the observation angle. When the hook descends, adjust the distance of the trolley. When the visual position is suitable, the car can move forward a little. At this time, care should be taken not to let the hook (spreader) be lower than the head of the ground construction personnel. Stabilize the hook and ring the bell to remind the ground construction personnel to prevent the hook from shaking and hurting people. Ground construction personnel should instruct to lower the hook, and don't lift it immediately after hanging it. Don't hook up before the ground construction personnel leave the dangerous area. In the process of lifting the hook, don't lift the lifted object off the ground at one time, carefully observe whether the wire rope and the trolley are in a vertical line, and if there is cable pulling, quickly adjust the trolley position until the wire rope is vertical. Then slowly lift the hook, lift the lifted items about half a meter off the ground, pause and observe whether the hook is firm. When the hook is stable, start pushing the cart. When lifting heavy objects, the lifting height should be reduced as much as possible. When lifting, it is forbidden to pass through the top of people or equipment. When the hook descends, keep the hook stable, and slowly lower the hook according to the gesture signal of the ground commander.
