3. After the completion of industrial and commercial registration, it is necessary to purchase instruments and equipment and recruit chemical analysis engineers. The instrument must be a national standard chemical analysis instrument certified by CMC.

The basic instruments are: gas chromatograph, spectrophotometer, soap film flowmeter, analytical balance, atmospheric sampler, radon detector, drying box, etc.

5, for at least three months of trial operation, established a complete laboratory management system, and then apply to the provincial quality supervision bureau for metrological certification.

Different levels of application have different requirements. District and county environmental monitoring stations are tertiary stations, and prefecture-level stations are secondary stations. In addition to measurement certification, the most important thing is monitoring qualification certification, which is certified by the provincial environmental protection department. At the same time, due to the corresponding technical talents, the proportion of senior engineers, engineers and junior titles in the third-level station is not less than 1: 2: 5, which means that there are at least 8 people in the third-level station, and the second-level station is higher. Have hardware facilities, instruments and equipment.

6. Indoor environment can only be tested after measurement certification.

Finally, engaging in environmental testing without metrological certification is regarded as illegally issuing notarized data, and the local quality supervision inspection team will investigate and deal with it. After registering a company, you need to have your own laboratory and technicians.
