I. Scope and Conditions of Recruitment
Longkou Shengyuan graduated from full-time colleges and universities with bachelor degree or above in 2009 and 2008 (excluding normal and medical graduates). Longkou students are graduates with bachelor degree or above who have not been employed within three years after the expiration of the service of "Three Supports and One Support", "One College Student Project in One Village (Community)" and "College Students Volunteer to Support the West".
The applicant shall meet the following conditions:
(a) support the leadership of the China * * * production party, with China nationality;

(1) Registration

If the account is missing, the household registration certificate or household registration book issued by the police station where the account is located must be held; If an employment agreement or labor contract has been signed, a certificate of termination of the employment agreement or labor contract with the employer shall be held. Those who practise fraud will be disqualified after verification. Failure to submit relevant materials within the specified time shall be deemed as waiver. After examination, those who do not have the conditions to apply for the exam will be disqualified from the interview. Vacancies caused by waiver or disqualification can be filled from the post in turn according to the written test results. If the results of qualification examination are inconsistent with those of online preliminary examination, the results of pre-interview qualification examination shall prevail.
Qualification examination runs through the whole process of examination.
(3) Interview
After the qualification examination, according to the employment plan, the candidates who enter the interview will be determined from high score to low score according to the ratio of 1: 3. If the number of applicants for a position is equal to or less than the number of employees, candidates should reach the minimum score of other positions before entering the interview. According to the characteristics of industry and post, structured interview, professional skill test and practical operation are adopted. The interview is based on a percentage system. The interview was conducted according to the characteristics of the post. The interview results are calculated to two decimal places, and the mantissa is rounded off. Those with an interview score below 60 will not be hired. The interview time and other matters will be notified separately through Longkou Personnel Network.
Fourth, physical examination and assessment. After the interview, the total test score is calculated according to the ratio of 50% of the written test score and 50% of the interview score (calculated to two decimal places, rounded off). According to the total score of the examination, from high score to low score, the personnel who enter the physical examination and assessment are determined according to the ratio of 1: 1. If the total scores of candidates in the same position in the recruitment unit are the same, which will affect the physical examination and assessment, they will be sorted according to the written test scores, the professional basic knowledge scores, and the doctoral, master's, provincial outstanding graduates, party member, 2 1 1 engineering college graduates and ordinary college graduates.
Candidates who enter the scope of physical examination shall be organized and unified by the Municipal Personnel Bureau to the designated general hospitals at or above the county level for physical examination. The medical examination time will be notified separately, and the medical examination standards shall be implemented with reference to the medical examination standards for employed civil servants. The Municipal Personnel Bureau should also check the candidates' files, understand the candidates' performance and write a written assessment opinion. Those who fail the physical examination and assessment will be disqualified, and the resulting vacancies will not be filled.
5. Employment. Those who pass the physical examination and assessment shall be dispatched by the Municipal Personnel Bureau, and the recruiting unit shall sign an employment contract with the hiring personnel according to the regulations. The employed personnel shall implement the probation system (one year probation) according to the regulations.
