(1) The applicant shall have the following qualifications

1. has the nationality of the people of China;

2. The age is over 18 years old (born before June 15, 2002) and under 35 years old (the age calculation deadline is March 1 day, that is, born after March 1984); If the recruitment position has special requirements for age, the age required in the recruitment position table shall prevail;

3. Support the Constitution of People's Republic of China (PRC), the leadership of the China Party and the socialist system;

4. Have good political quality and moral conduct;

5. Have the physical conditions and psychological quality to perform their duties normally;

6. Have the ability to work in line with the requirements of the post;

7. Have a college degree or above;

8. Have other qualifications required for the recruitment position.

(two) to apply for the position of directly under the authority (a participating unit) in the autonomous region, the applicant is required to have more than 2 years of grassroots work experience (24 months). (See job list for details)

"grassroots work experience" refers to the work experience of party and government organs (participating units) in economic organizations and social organizations such as Qixian (city, district), Sumu Township (street office), Gacha Village (community) or Gacha Village (neighborhood committee), various enterprises and institutions (excluding participating institutions). Working experience in military regiments and units below equivalent regiments, and active service experience of retired military soldiers can be regarded as grassroots work experience.

The social practice experience of full-time education college, undergraduate and graduate students during their study in school cannot be regarded as grassroots work experience.

The starting time of grassroots work experience is determined according to Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security's Opinions on Determining the Starting Time of grassroots work experience in Civil Service Examination (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Fa [2065438+00] No.59) and other documents.

(3) To apply for the post of "Project Personnel", the applicants must be grassroots project personnel who have expired their service before June 15, 2020 and passed the examination, or grassroots public welfare post service personnel or college students who retired before June 15, 2020. Any "project personnel" whose service has expired (or retired) for more than 3 years by June 15, 2020 or who has been employed as a staff member of a public institution (compilation and employment) can no longer apply for the post of "project personnel" and can only apply for other positions.

(4) Apply for positions that require political review (see the position table for details), conduct preliminary political review when reviewing qualifications, and conduct formal political review when entering the inspection link. Those who fail the political examination will be disqualified from the interview or employment. Before registration, candidates can know the relevant matters in advance through the telephone in the job list to avoid failure in applying for the exam.

(5) Apply for Ergun City, Chenbaerhu Banner, New Baerhu Zuo Qi, New Baerhu Right Banner, Yakeshi City, Oroqen Autonomous Banner, Ewenki Autonomous Banner, Molidawa Daur Autonomous Banner, genhe city, Aershan City, Horqin Right Front Banner, Holingol City, Su Nite Zuo Qi, Sunite Right Banner and Dongwuzhumuqin Banner. Some positions in Shangdu County, Chahar Right Banner, Chahar Right Banner, Darhan Maoming United Banner, Otog Front Banner, Wulate Middle Banner, Wulate Rear Banner, Alashan Zuo Qi, Alashan Right Banner and Ejina Banner, as well as other positions with restricted household registration approved by the organization department of the Party Committee of the autonomous region, require candidates to have household registration in the Union City where they apply for the position or to be students in the Union City. (6) Except that the acquisition time of graduation certificates and degree certificates of ordinary college graduates in 2020 can be extended to the end of September 2020, the acquisition time of other conditions is required to be before June 2020 15 (including the acquisition time of various conditions in the position table).

(seven) the following persons shall not apply for the examination

1. Full-time college students, undergraduates and graduate students studying in colleges and universities (excluding full-time college graduates who graduated before the end of September 2020);

2. On-the-job civil servants and staff of public institutions (including civil servants and staff of public institutions during probation period) and staff of public institutions during probation period (included in recruiters);

3. Civil servants and public officials have been dismissed or cancelled for less than 5 years;

4. Persons who have received criminal punishment for crimes; Persons who have been expelled from the China Party membership; People who have been expelled from public office;

5. Persons who are included in the joint disciplinary object of dishonesty according to law;

6. Persons who are found to have serious violations of employment discipline such as fraud in the recruitment of civil servants at all levels (participating in official duties);

7. Active servicemen.

(8) Applicants shall not apply for recruitment positions that constitute the situation of avoidance relationship listed in Article 74 of the Civil Service Law. It is also not allowed to apply for the position of the employer with husband and wife relationship, direct blood relationship, collateral blood relationship within three generations, and close in-laws as leading members.

(nine) the following personnel shall not be employed

1. Applicants were openly recruited by other organs (participating units) and institutions and were employed by other organs (participating units) and institutions because they took the exams of other civil servants (participating units) or institutions before going through the recruitment procedures for this examination.

2. The applicant becomes a full-time student before going through the recruitment procedures in this exam.
