Studying and developing senior logistics management talents from the national perspective, the focus of logistics practitioners at this level is to provide logistics services for the production and operation of enterprises, which is also the greatest demand among logistics talents. Because of the wide coverage of enterprises, especially the manufacturing industry has a great demand for logistics talents. For example, outsourcing the logistics business of the company, or operating the logistics business yourself; Whether to outsource all or part of it; If outsourcing, how to choose logistics service providers and how to effectively control the selected logistics services so that they can provide high-quality logistics services that meet the needs of the company. At the same time, in the daily production and operation, find out the unreasonable part of the cooperation between the two parties in time and take effective measures to correct it in time to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the enterprise. To master the knowledge of arts and sciences, we should generally pay more attention to science, because a lot of knowledge in enterprises is supported by science and engineering. For example, how to load the goods; How to plan and manage transportation routes; How to improve their service level and guide specific operations; And the internal management of the warehouse; How to arrange and reduce all kinds of unnecessary homework to make the work more reasonable and smooth. This is an operational problem of a logistics enterprise, which can also be said to be a tactical problem. The front-line operators of logistics operations have first-class operation experience and are very skilled in specific operations such as loading, sorting, palletizing, packaging and assembly, but they don't need to know much about other macro logistics theories, so they belong to skilled jobs. For this kind of logistics operators, general vocational and technical education or some qualification education is enough to meet their needs, and it may not be good for undergraduates and postgraduates who do not need undergraduate or postgraduate education or systematic education to do these businesses.
