Relationship between Lot and Bill of Lading in Foreign Trade Steel Contract

Property right relationship of goods units. According to the international logistics network, the bill of lading is a cargo transport document issued by the shipping company or its agent. Lot, as the packaging unit of goods, is the proof of the ownership of goods, which is used to confirm that the goods have been received and transported by the shipping company. A bill of lading usually includes the following information: description of the goods, quantity and weight, details of port of departure and destination, name of carrier and ship, shipper and consignee, and terms and conditions of freight payment.
