Haier retirement age

Haier’s retirement age is 60 years old for men and 55 years old for women.

On October 14, 2015, Yin Weimin, Minister of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, introduced the achievements in employment and social security work since the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan", saying that our country is currently the country with the earliest retirement age in the world, and the average retirement age is not to 55 years old.

After approval by the central government, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security will make public the retirement reform plan to the public. By taking small steps and delaying it for a few months each year, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security will gradually postpone it to a reasonable retirement age.
