I heard that Spring Airlines applied for airline insurance in Sichuan Southwest Aviation College.

On the morning of May 15 (reported from Han Lin), Shanghai Spring Airlines held a special campus job fair for air safety officers and flight attendants in Qingyang campus of our college. It is reported that Spring Airlines is expected to select 50 male air safety officers and flight attendants in Chengdu. This recruitment is mainly for college students who are about to graduate, and there are very strict admission conditions. Applicants must first meet the basic requirements such as height, education, weight and vision. In addition, because the air safety officer is responsible for ensuring the flight safety of the aircraft, having good physical fitness, super anti-terrorism ability and passing strict political examination are all indispensable factors for the success of the application.

According to the relevant leaders of Spring Airlines, the selection is divided into six steps: visual inspection → initial test → physical fitness test → retest (oral English test, psychological test, on-site defense) → physical examination → political review.

At the interview site, more than 60 male students from our college signed up for this recruitment. They mainly come from flight attendants, and a few students come from security inspection and aviation service. The reporter found at the recruitment site that every university has made careful preparations for this application. Outside the interview room, students dressed in professional clothes lined up to enter the interview room, which fully demonstrated the good professional quality of students in our college and was affirmed by the leaders of Spring Airlines.

According to Deng Ting, a teacher of the Employment Office, the reason why Spring Airlines held a special campus recruitment in our college was because nine students in our college successfully passed the selection at the job fair held by Spring Airlines in Chengdu in mid-April, and their good professional image and militarized quality attracted the examiner's attention.
