What does the high line mean?

A type of wire rod, usually refers to the wire rod rolled by a "high-speed non-twist rolling mill".

Common ordinary low carbon steel non-twist controlled cooling and hot-rolled wire rods (ZBH4403-88) and high-quality carbon steel non-twist controlled cooling and hot-rolled wire rods (ZBH44002-88). The rolling speed of high-speed wire is 80-160 meters/second, the weight of each wire (coil weight) is 1.8-2.5 tons, and the dimensional tolerance accuracy is high (up to 0.02mm). During the rolling process, the process parameters can be adjusted (especially is on the cooling line) to ensure the different requirements of the product.

Uses:

1. Used for reinforcement or welded structural parts of reinforced concrete in buildings.

2. It is drawn into steel wires of various specifications, then twisted into steel wire ropes, braided into steel wire mesh, wound and heat-treated into springs.

3. Hot and cold forging into rivets and cold forging and rolling into bolts, screws, etc.

4. After cutting and heat treatment, it can be made into mechanical parts or tools.
