5. Responsible for the implementation of the company's recruitment activities, including statistics of recruitment needs of various departments, drafting of recruitment documents, organization and implementation of recruitment activities, reception and guidance of new employees, etc.

6. Responsible for issuing employment notices, handling recruitment procedures for employed personnel in a timely manner, signing labor contracts and job responsibility letters, and establishing personnel and professional title files.

7. Responsible for the appointment of company personnel according to the company's work needs.

8. According to the company's human resource needs, do a good job in internal transfer of employees and handle the labor contract change procedures after job transfer.

9. Assist in the preparation of career development channels for key positions at the company headquarters based on the job requirements and personnel quality characteristics of each key position.

10. In accordance with various national technical qualifications/level regulations, assist in the preparation of the company's annual promotion plan for various professional and technical personnel titles.

11. Assist in preparing and improving the terms of the company’s employee labor contracts and establishing a labor contract roster.

12. Organize and sign and renew labor contracts with personnel from various departments and branches of the company.

13. Assist in establishing smooth communication channels, listen to employees’ reasonable suggestions, and assist the organization in handling employee complaints and labor disputes.

14. In accordance with the relevant regulations on personnel file management, organize and update the company's employee personnel files in an information-based manner, and manage file confidentiality.

15. Handle various handover procedures for resigned employees in a timely manner with relevant departments, do a good job in handing over social insurance and personnel files, and analyze the reasons for resignation.

16. Complete other temporary tasks assigned by superiors.
