2, the builder. Level 1: 6 people, clearly registered as a first-class builder; Level 2: 6 people; Level 3: 3 people.

3. Technical Director. Grade I: 10 years experience in construction management, senior title of engineering sequence, grade I constructor or registered geotechnical engineer; Grade II: 8 years of construction management experience, senior title of engineering sequence or first-class constructor or registered geotechnical engineer; Level 3: 5 years of construction management experience, intermediate title of engineering sequence or builder or registered geotechnical engineer.

4, on-site management personnel. Level 1: 30 people; Level 2: 20 people; Level 3: 10 person. (The builder, safety officer, quality engineer, mechanic, cost engineer, etc. Fully equipped)

5. Skilled workers. Level 1: 30 people; Level 2: 20 people; Level 3: 15 people. (pile driver, electrician, welder and other technical jobs)

6, intermediate title personnel. Level 1: 15 people; Grade II: 10 person; Level 3: 8 people. Major in structure, geotechnical, machinery, measurement, etc. )

7. Engineering performance. The project performance is only rated as Grade I or II; The third-level qualification does not assess the engineering performance of the enterprise, but it should assess the engineering performance of the technical director.

Basic engineering appraisal process:

1. Get a business license first, and write down the business scope of the foundation in the business license.

2. Prepare the materials for applying for the qualification of the Foundation.

3. First, submit a written application for qualification to the county construction administrative department. With the consent of the county construction administrative department, report to the Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau.

4. The Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau shall review the enterprises applying for the qualification of the Foundation and issue the approval documents after meeting the requirements.

5. The Construction Management Office shall review the qualification application materials, and publicize those that have passed the examination.

6, after the completion of publicity, without objection to be approved and submitted to the Provincial Construction Management Bureau for the record; After the foundation qualification is approved, the enterprise shall go through the construction engineer registration formalities with the Engineering Department of the Municipal Housing and Construction Bureau, and receive the certificate of registered construction engineer, and then receive the professional contracting qualification certificate of foundation engineering.

3. All personnel must be certificates, and personnel cannot practice in multiple enterprises, and the audit fails;

4. All personnel have to go to social security, and the possibility of social security in many places will be discovered by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, and a rectification report needs to be submitted.
