3. Exam content and method
The exam is divided into written test and interview.
(1) Written test
The official subjects of the written test are the administrative professional ability test and application essay. The written tests of agencies at all levels (including selected staff from selected students) are conducted simultaneously. (2) Interview

The interview will be scored on a 100-point scale. The interview time for each applicant is generally no more than 30 minutes. The interview scores will be judged by the examiner on the spot, and the average score will be calculated by deducting the highest score and the lowest score for each evaluation factor to determine the interview scores of the candidates. The interview results will be announced to the interviewers after the interview.
After the interview, the total test score of the applicant will be calculated on a hundred-point scale based on the ratio of written test and interview scores to 50 each. Written test scores, interview scores, and total test scores are calculated to two decimal places, and the remainder is rounded off. The total test scores of the interviewees will be announced to the public in accordance with prescribed procedures.
According to the overall examination score ranking, the physical examination personnel will be determined in equal proportions of 1:1 according to the employing department or position. If the total examination scores of candidates for the same hiring position in the employing department are the same, the candidates for physical examination will be determined based on the written test scores from high to low; if the written test scores are also the same, the candidates will be determined based on the administrative professional ability test scores.
The interview score of the person who is to be determined as a physical examination examiner shall not be lower than 60 points. Among them, the interviewer does not form a competitive position. The interview score of the person who is to be determined as a physical examination examiner shall not be lower than the lowest score of the interview of the physical examination examiner of the same level agency in our city.
IV. Physical examination and inspection

5. Recruitment Approval
Persons who pass the physical examination and inspection and are intended to be hired as civil servants will be publicized by the municipal civil servants department for a 7-day publicity period. After the publicity period has expired, if there are no problems or if the reported problems do not affect the recruitment, the approval procedures will be handled in accordance with the prescribed procedures; if there are serious problems and substantive evidence is found, they will not be hired; if there are serious problems reported, but it is difficult to verify them at the moment, the recruitment will be suspended. , and then decide whether to hire after verification and conclusion. The probation period for newly hired civil servants shall be calculated from the date of registration and shall be one year. The probation period shall be managed in accordance with the provisions of the "Probation Period Management Measures for Newly Recruited Civil Servants (Trial)".
For candidates who are to be admitted by the municipal units through examination and transfer, the employing department will determine the candidates based on the physical examination and inspection, report to the Municipal Party Committee Organization Department for approval, and go through the work transfer procedures. The probation period for the admitted personnel is half a year. Only those who pass the probation period can be formally appointed to the position; those who fail to pass the probation period will still return to work in the original unit.
