Examination content of civil servants of railway public security bureau

Civil servants of railway public security bureau need to take three courses, besides public subjects, they also need to take professional courses. The public subjects are "Administrative Ability Test" and "Shen Lun", and the professional subjects are "Basic Professional Knowledge of Public Security", which consists of three subjects.

Personnel who apply for the Railway Public Security Bureau shall first take the written examination of professional subjects and then take the written examination of public subjects, and their written examination results of professional subjects shall be announced together with the results of public subjects. The written test scores are synthesized according to the proportion of 40%, 30% and 30% of the written test scores of administrative professional ability test, application and professional subjects respectively. The test sites are located in municipalities directly under the central government, provincial capitals and the capitals of autonomous regions, and there are no test sites in other cities.

After the written examination of public subjects is completed, the central civil servant department shall determine the minimum qualified score line. There will be differences in the qualified scores of comprehensive management positions of central organs and their provincial-level directly affiliated institutions, comprehensive management positions of directly affiliated institutions at city (prefecture) level and below, and administrative law enforcement positions. Preferential policies are given to posts, grass-roots posts and special professional posts in the western region and hard and remote areas when extracting the minimum qualified scores.
