First, determine the scope of the object.

Applicants for the qualifications of teachers in kindergartens, primary schools, junior middle schools, senior middle schools and secondary vocational schools in our city shall meet one of the following conditions:

(1) Having a household registration in Fangchenggang, Guangxi;

(2) Holding a residence permit in Fangchenggang, Guangxi and within the validity period;

(3) Graduates, undergraduates and postgraduates of full-time colleges and universities in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region in 2022 (among them, fresh graduates can only participate in the teacher qualification certification in the first half of the year; Students and graduate students who are studying in colleges and universities can only participate in the accreditation according to their academic qualifications);

Fourth, the identification process.

(1) Online declaration.

Applicants who have obtained academic degrees from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan should also submit the original certificates of academic degrees from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan issued by the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education, and those who have obtained foreign academic degrees should also submit the original certificates of foreign academic degrees issued by the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education.

(5) Issuing certificates.

All accreditation bodies issue teacher qualification certificates to applicants who meet the accreditation conditions. With the original ID card (the graduation certificate must be verified by the 2022 graduates), the applicant will receive the teacher qualification certificate and the teacher qualification application form at the designated place within the specified time.

Five, epidemic prevention and control requirements

The qualification of teachers strictly implements the requirements of epidemic prevention and control. Applicants must know in advance the relevant regulations on epidemic prevention and control in their residence and recognized institutions, do a good job in personal safety protection, actively cooperate with recognized institutions in epidemic prevention and control, and obey the guidance and arrangements of on-site staff.

Other matters of intransitive verbs

(1) The applicant conducts online registration, physical examination and on-site confirmation within the specified time. (two) mainland applicants do not need to submit proof of no criminal record, and the local teacher qualification accreditation institution shall go to the public security organ for verification. Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents applying for the qualification of primary and secondary school teachers need to provide proof of no criminal record. The certificate of no criminal record shall be issued by the applicant to the relevant departments of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Macao Special Administrative Region and Taiwan Province Province. Please consult the local authorities for specific procedures. The letter of proof of no criminal record issued by the applicant of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and Macao Special Administrative Region shall be collected by the applicant through the recognized institution. The applicant's certificate of no criminal record in Taiwan Province Province shall be issued by the applicant to the relevant departments of Taiwan Province Province, and the certificate of no criminal record issued shall be directly submitted to the application recognition institution.

(3) The applicant shall truthfully submit relevant materials and fill them in the personal record book. Submitting false materials or inconsistent with the facts is an act of practicing fraud and defrauding teachers' qualifications, and local accreditation bodies will deal with it in accordance with relevant state regulations.

(4) According to the relevant regulations of the state, the applicant can only apply for teacher qualification once a year, and the second teacher qualification cannot be applied nationwide in the year after it is recognized.
