It's been almost half a month since I arrived in Guangzhou (Economic and Technological Development Zone), and I finally found a fairly good job. The following is my experience in finding a job in Guangzhou for nearly half a month. I hope it will be helpful for friends to find jobs in the future.

To find a job in Guangzhou, you must first make full preparations. There are many good enterprises here in Guangzhou Development Zone (it is said that all the top 500 companies in the world are here, I don't quite believe it. Just saw a Toyota, Honda, American Wrigley, BYD, etc. And there are many top 500 suppliers, and then some domestic enterprises such as Colgate, Libai, Lux, Blue Moon ==2-tier, 3-tier enterprises), maybe you will find it.

1. Carry at least 1 month's living expenses with you. According to the consumption of different people (at least 3000 is recommended), the consumption in Guangzhou is high enough so that you will not have an "economic crisis" in the process of finding a job.

2. If you are not looking for a general worker, you should be mentally prepared. The competition for the same position is fierce. Every time there are n people competing for one or two or three places, don't think that your chances of success in the interview are 50%. The chances of success depend on everyone's own situation. There are few companies that make the final decision after the interview, at least I haven't met them. After I have interviewed N companies, people usually take a preliminary test in advance (asking for some skills and knowledge related to their careers, etc. ), took the written test (just passed, what math, English, professional skills = =) and then called for a second interview (probably stuck). You should be prepared for such a result and find something else quickly. Unless you are confident in yourself (the beauty has a crush on you), it is generally slow to inform you that the second interview will take 2 days to half a month. I've been looking for it for a week, but I haven't received a call for a second interview. A week passed, and I received 3-4 phone calls in one afternoon. It took half a month to inform you. One of the referral fees has been refunded, which is so depressing.

4. The second interview is simple. First, repeat the questions of the initial test, and then start talking about salary. If you don't interview general workers, you should talk about at least 2000, where general workers get a lot of 3000+, and enterprises here can afford it. The fear is that you don't have this ability. Some enterprises have to do 2-3 re-inspections, basically ranging from one week to half a month.

About 70% of the enterprises here do not contain food, and about 20% do not.

6. When looking for a job, it is recommended to find a house in a village in the city. Cheaper, safer, healthier and the service is not bad.
