Does the air traffic control bureau recruit many people every year?

Not much. According to the BOSS direct employment website, seven air traffic control bureaus, including Central South Bureau, North China Bureau and Southwest Bureau, recruit 70 to 120 people every year, with a small number of students, mostly from civil aviation university of china. The Air Traffic Control Bureau is the functional organization of the Civil Aviation Administration to manage the national air traffic service, civil aviation communication, navigation, surveillance, aviation meteorology and navigation information.
