Announcement on Public Recruitment of Professional and Technical Talents by Institutions Directly under the Agriculture Department of Hainan Province

With the approval of the Human Resources and Social Security Department of Hainan Province, the Agriculture Department of Hainan Province decided to recruit master's and doctoral students who are in short supply in the agricultural system of our province through examination and recruitment, and enrich them to directly affiliated institutions. According to the Notice of the Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee and Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security on Further Standardizing the Open Recruitment of Institutions and the Measures for Recruiting New Personnel in Institutions in Hainan Province, the relevant matters of recruitment are hereby announced as follows:

I. Recruitment places and targets

This recruitment plan recruits 14 full-time master's and doctoral students. See Annex 1 for the specific recruitment unit, specialty and quota.

(2) Recruitment target

Applicants are full-time master's and doctoral students who are interested in Hainan's agricultural professional and technical work, have certain development potential and good political quality.

The applicant shall meet the following conditions:

3. Have a master's degree or doctoral degree (20 1 1 fresh graduates can take the exam first, and formally go through the employment procedures after obtaining the degree);

4. Graduate students should not be over 32 years old (1born after April 30, 979), and doctoral students should not be over 35 years old (1born after April 30, 976);

5. Good conduct;

6. Have the physical conditions to perform their duties normally;

7, does not violate the national family planning policy;

8, with other qualifications stipulated by the competent department of provincial institutions.

According to laws and relevant policies, active servicemen, non-20 1 1 college graduates, staff of institutions who have been dismissed for less than five years, and those who are not allowed to be employed as staff of institutions according to relevant documents cannot apply for the examination.

Persons under any of the following circumstances are not allowed to apply: persons who have been criminally punished for crimes; People who have been expelled from public office; Personnel who are found to have serious violations of employment discipline, such as fraud, in the recruitment of civil servants and institutions at all levels shall not apply for the treatment of staff in institutions at or above the provincial level.

Second, the registration procedure

(1) Register online. Registration for this exam is conducted by online registration and online qualification examination. The deadline for submitting the application is 20 1 1 before 6:5438+07:00 pm on March 28th.

This exam registration is implemented in good faith. Applicants can't register with the old and new ID numbers at the same time, and the ID cards used for registration and examination must be the same. When registering online, applicants should upload their recent bareheaded 2-inch front photos in jpg format, and the size is no more than 20KB. There is no charge for registration.

(2) qualification examination. According to the recruitment major and qualification conditions, the Hainan Provincial Department of Agriculture will focus on the qualification examination from March 29th to 30th, 20 1 1.
