AIA American International Assurance Co., Ltd. (referred to as "AIA" or "AIA") is a wholly-owned subsidiary of American International Group (AIG). In January 1999, AIA Shanghai Branch passed the SGS ISO9002 quality certification of the international authoritative certification body, becoming the first domestic life insurance company to fully comply with this quality certification system. In April 2001, it took the lead again to pass the ISO9001 (2000 version) quality certification. System certification. In December 2003, AIA Beijing Branch also fully passed the SGS ISO9001 (2000 version) quality management system certification.
