The four state-owned enterprises in Xuzhou refer to Xugong Group Construction Machinery Co., Ltd., Xuzhou Mining Group Co., Ltd., Xuzhou Power Plant and Xugang Iron and Steel Group. Because of its good welfare and belonging to state-owned enterprises, it is called the four major state-owned enterprises.
