The physical examination standard of Jiangsu province is implemented according to the latest General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial). The competent recruitment department or recruitment unit shall, according to the total score from high to low, determine the personnel who will participate in the inspection and physical examination according to the number of people to be recruited in the recruitment position and the proportion of inspection and physical examination in the Recruitment Position Table, and organize the inspection and physical examination.

General criteria for physical examination of civil servants:

(1) The blood pressure is within the following range, which is qualified: systolic blood pressure is 9-14 mmHg (12.-18.66 kPa); Diastolic pressure 6mmHg-9mmHg(8.-12.Kpa);

(2) Those who have a history of epilepsy, mental illness, hysteria, nocturnal sleepwalking, severe neurosis (frequent headache, dizziness, insomnia, obvious memory loss, etc.) and psychoactive substance abuse and dependence are unqualified;

(3) Acute and chronic nephritis, chronic pyelonephritis, polycystic kidney disease and renal insufficiency were unqualified;

(4) Diseases of endocrine system such as diabetes, diabetes insipidus and acromegaly are unqualified. Those who have no symptoms and signs for 1 year after hyperthyroidism is cured are qualified;

(5) Gonorrhea, syphilis, chancre, venereal lymphogranuloma, condyloma acuminatum, genital herpes, AIDS, unqualified;

(6) organic heart diseases such as rheumatic heart disease, cardiomyopathy, coronary heart disease, congenital heart disease and Keshan disease are unqualified. Those with congenital heart disease who do not need surgery or who are cured by surgery are qualified. Under any of the following circumstances, the pathological changes of the heart are excluded and qualified: the heart auscultates the physiological murmur; Less than 6 premature contractions per minute (strictly controlled by those with a history of myocarditis); Heart rate is 5-6 beats per minute or 1-11 beats per minute; Other circumstances in which the electrocardiogram is abnormal;

(7) Blood disease, unqualified. Simple iron deficiency anemia, with hemoglobin higher than 9g/L in men and 8g/L in women, is qualified;

(8) Severe chronic gastric and intestinal diseases, unqualified. Gastric ulcer or duodenal ulcer has healed, there is no bleeding history within 1 year, and those who have no symptoms for more than 1 year are qualified; No serious complications after subtotal gastrectomy, qualified;

(9) Chronic bronchitis with obstructive emphysema, bronchiectasis and bronchial asthma was unqualified;

(16) Those whose corrected visual acuity is lower than .8 (standard logarithmic visual acuity is 4.9) or who have eye diseases with obvious visual impairment are unqualified;

(17) Severe chronic osteomyelitis, third-degree simple goiter, obstructive gallstones or urinary stones are unqualified

(18) Both ears have hearing impairment, and those who can't hear when whispering within 3 meters are unqualified;

(19) Other serious diseases that are not included in the physical examination standard and affect the normal performance of duties are unqualified.
