First, the recruitment target

Third, the application conditions

Fourth, recruitment arrangements.

(1) Registration

(2) Qualification examination

After the candidates' registration, the recruiting unit will organize qualification examination according to the job requirements and conditions, and the list of qualified applicants after qualification examination will be published on the portal website of the command center.

Where the candidates' registration qualifications are found to be inconsistent in the open recruitment, their qualifications will be cancelled.

(3) Examination

The examination is divided into written examination and interview, both of which adopt a percentage system, and the qualified score line is set at 60 points.

Candidates who apply for the positions of fresh graduates need to take both written tests and interviews, among which fresh graduates who apply for professional and technical positions and whose academic qualifications are limited to doctoral students do not take the written tests and directly enter the interviews; Social workers don't take the written test and go directly to the interview.

If the ratio of the number of people who have passed the qualification examination to the number of people to be recruited for the position does not reach 3: 1, the recruiting unit will study whether to cancel the recruitment of the position according to the situation.

Those who pass the qualification examination enter the written test, and the command center entrusts professional institutions to unify the proposition and score. The specific time and place shall be determined by each unit according to the recruitment situation and announced to the public in time.

2. Interview.

Candidates with qualified written test scores will be interviewed according to the ratio of 1:5 and the written test scores from high to low, and positions with less than the specified ratio will be interviewed according to the actual number.

If the job candidate voluntarily gives up the interview opportunity, it will be replenished in order from high to low. If there is a tie at the bottom, enter the interview together.

(4) Inspection and physical examination

According to the proportion of written test scores accounting for 40% and interview scores accounting for 60%, the comprehensive scores are determined (the interview scores of fresh graduates who apply for professional and technical positions and doctoral degrees are comprehensive scores), and the subjects are determined according to the comprehensive scores from high to low.

Physical examination shall be carried out with reference to the general standards for civil servants' physical examination stipulated by the state.

Candidates who fail to pass the examination or voluntarily give up the examination for personal reasons and fail the physical examination will be studied by the recruiting unit according to the situation. If they make up the examination, they will make up the examination in turn according to their comprehensive scores.

(5) Publicizing the persons to be employed.

According to the comprehensive results, inspection and physical examination results, the personnel to be hired are determined after collective research by the party Committee of the recruiting unit, and the publicity is carried out within the scope of the recruitment announcement, and the publicity period is not less than 7 working days.

(6) Handling employment procedures.

If there is no objection at the expiration of the publicity period, the recruiting unit shall sign an employment contract with the person to be hired according to the relevant regulations and handle the employment procedures.
