1. Recruitment conditions

(1) Basic requirements

1. 2. Have a college degree or above in full-time national education, and have practical experience in the position to be applied for (including fresh graduates in 2014).

3. Under 27 years old (born after December 1986), with good appearance and good health. To apply for editorial and production positions, the height must be no less than 1.55 meters.

(2) Job Requirements

1. The majors studied are radio and television editing, production and hosting, journalism and literature, radio and television engineering, electronic information engineering and other related majors, with a relatively solid theory Basic and writing skills.

2. Be able to skillfully complete photography, news interviews, column planning, me, and production work, and be able to master radio and television technical work.

3. Applicants with more than 2 years of working experience in radio and television news, and those who have independently broadcast news and communication manuscripts in provincial and municipal stations, newspapers and periodicals in the past 2 years will be given priority.

2. Registration time, location and requirements

(1) Registration time: December 2, 2013 - December 12, 2013.

(2) Registration location: Huaiyuan County Culture, Broadcasting and Sports New Bureau Office (3rd Floor, Radio and Television Center, Qiwang Road, Wobei New City District)

(3) Registration requirements: Hold your ID card , original and photocopy of graduation certificate, degree certificate, work resume and 3 recent 1-inch photos with no hat and same background.

3. Benefits

After passing the examination, political review, physical examination, and probation for three months, an employment contract will be signed. The unit will handle "five insurances and one housing fund" for him in accordance with relevant regulations. Benefits other than basic salary are the same as those of regular employees; those who perform particularly well during the employment period can become regular employees of Huaiyuan County Radio and Television Station after passing the open recruitment examination by the organization's personnel department.

4. Exam Arrangement

(1) Examination method: written examination and interview.

(2) Exam content: professional knowledge related to radio and television positions, basic knowledge of public affairs, etc.

(3) Calculation of scores: The ratio of written test to interview is 1:3; the ratio of written test and interview is 6:4. The candidates are sorted according to their scores and the candidates are selected in the ratio of 1:2.
