Luoyang Golden Arrow Driving School for the Disabled was established in 1993. It is a motor vehicle driving training school undertaken by Luoyang Public Security Bureau. It is a regular automobile driver training institution approved and certified by Luoyang Public Security Bureau and Luoyang Transportation Bureau.
