(1) basic conditions

1. has the nationality of the people of China;

2. Abide by the Constitution and laws of People's Republic of China (PRC);

3. Have good conduct and professional ethics;

4. Have the professional or technical conditions required for the post;

5. adapt to the physical conditions required by the post.

(2) An applicant may not apply for registration under any of the following circumstances:

1. Persons who have received criminal punishment for crimes or have been dismissed from public office;

2. Persons who have not been disciplined by Party discipline or government discipline or who are undergoing disciplinary review;

3. Persons suspected of violating the law and committing crimes who are under judicial investigation and have not yet reached a conclusion;

4. 5. Full-time non-2023 graduate students who are studying cannot apply for undergraduate courses, and so on in other cases;
