Brief Introduction of Huangshi Xingang (Logistics) Industrial Park

Huangshi Xingang (Logistics) Industrial Park is built on the basis of the original Qipanzhou Logistics Park, and its development orientation is the industrial cluster along the Yangtze River in Huangshi City, a regional logistics center, an important port and a transportation hub. In March 2009, the General Office of Hubei Provincial Government officially approved the establishment of Huangshi Xingang (Logistics) Industrial Park.

Upon completion, it will be a new industrial zone integrating port logistics and port-facing industry in Huangshi Economic Belt along the Yangtze River. The orientation of the park has three functions: first, the port development function-the building materials machinery manufacturing base in the economic belt along the Yangtze River in Huangshi; Second, the modern logistics function-based on Huangshi, serving eastern Hubei, facing the modern logistics and water, rail and bus centers of Wuhan city circle; Third, business service function-Yangxin is a comprehensive new area that integrates business service, residence, tourism and leisure functions along the Yangtze River. The development goal of planning and design is to build 45 port berths with a total throughput of 50 million tons and container cargo throughput of 3 million tons by 2030, making it the largest comprehensive modern port area in eastern Hubei with a total industrial output value of 20 billion yuan.

Starting the development and construction of the park is conducive to alleviating the resource problems such as energy, land and environmental protection in Huangshi area; It is conducive to building Huangshi into a land and water transportation hub in eastern Hubei and a regional logistics center that radiates eastern Hubei and northern Jiangxi; Using market economy and government guidance is conducive to exploring a new development model of "two-oriented society"; It is conducive to the formation of industrial clusters such as steel, chemicals, building materials, energy and modern manufacturing in our city, and promotes the development of the economic belt along the Yangtze River in Huangshi.

The approved construction of Huangshi Xingang (Logistics) Industrial Park will foster new economic growth poles and accelerate the construction of Huangshi Economic Belt along the Yangtze River. By 2020, it is estimated that the total output value of the park will reach 654.38+0.2 billion yuan, the fiscal revenue will reach 654.38+0.2 billion yuan, the annual per capita income of urban residents will reach 65.438+0.5 million yuan, the direct utilization of foreign capital will exceed 300 million dollars, and 50 enterprises will enter the park.

At present, Huangshi Xingang (Logistics) Industrial Park has settled in Xingjihua Heavy Industry Logistics Park (with an investment of 65.438+0.2 billion yuan), Qipanzhou Port Area of Yantian Port (with an investment of 3.3 billion yuan), Huangshi Grain Modern Logistics Processing Center and COFCO Feed Zone along the Yangtze River (with an investment of 4 billion yuan) and other heavyweight projects.
