They say it is easy as long as you work hard enough. I will also talk about how hard logistics is. I have to work 11-14 hours a day and have 6 days off in a month. This is obviously asking you to work hard after joining the company. Why are there undergraduates everywhere? Second, after the presentation is the self-introduction. You can say more in 1 minute. I think the first thing is not to be nervous. You need to show that you have a certain level of eloquence. It is actually very simple and you will be fine with practice!

Third, it was already afternoon when I was conducting a leaderless group discussion. Survival at sea: 16 people choose 6 escapes. The result is not important. The key is why you chose this person from the perspective of considering the problem. You must fully demonstrate your presence in the group, that is, you must speak actively. If you remain silent, you will naturally be ignored by others and you will be eliminated. So this level needs to be positive.

The fourth game (Building Blocks) selects a team leader to coordinate with other members of each group. First, the leader of each group reports how high the building blocks can be built. Then the other members are blindfolded and use Put a building block with one hand and finally measure whether the height of the building block is consistent with the number reported by the team leader. The final score is calculated three times. In the third round of interviews, not many people were removed. Mainly those who violated the rules of the game were removed. This level mainly depends on the cooperation and performance of the team members. It is a demonstration of teamwork and letting go to express yourself.

Fifth, congratulations, you are basically done here. Even if you have a one-on-one conversation with the interviewer, you don’t need to be nervous. Just answer truthfully what he asks. You can ask whatever you want to ask at the end. The people who make it here are all very capable, so the interviewer doesn’t have anything to worry about. Problems will no longer eliminate you!
