What does flexible working mean?

The so-called flexible working system refers to the system that employees can freely choose the specific time schedule of work on the premise of completing the specified work tasks or fixed working hours, rather than unifying the fixed commuting time.

Flexible working hours take many forms:

(1) combination of core time and flexible time. A working day consists of core working hours (usually 5-6 hours) and flexible working hours at both ends of core working hours.

(2) Results-centered system. The company's assessment of employees is only the result of work, and there is no specific time. As long as the task is completed in quality within the prescribed time limit, you will get the corresponding reward.

(3) Tightening working hours. Workers can compress a week's work into two or three days and handle the rest by themselves.
