With the approval of the municipal government, the education system plans to openly recruit a group of teachers and financial professionals from the public , the relevant matters are now announced as follows:

1. Recruitment quotas

The city’s primary and secondary schools are recruiting 85 teachers and 5 financial professionals (see Appendix 1 for specific positions).

2. Recruitment conditions

1. Have good moral character and be able to serve as teachers and financial professionals, with no disciplinary violations or bad records.

2. Have appropriate academic qualifications. The specific requirements are: Junior high school and primary school teachers must have a full-time normal college degree or above, and non-teacher education must have a bachelor’s degree or above; ordinary high school teachers must have a full-time normal education bachelor’s degree or above, and non-normal high school teachers must have a “211 Project” bachelor’s degree or above; vocational high school cultural course teachers Those who are not teachers must have a bachelor's degree or above from a "211 Project" university; professional teachers must have a full-time junior college degree or above; accounting professionals must have a full-time junior college degree or above (accounting major).

3. Have the corresponding teacher qualification certificate or professional qualification certificate. The specific requirements are: primary school teachers must have a teacher qualification certificate of primary school or above; junior high school teachers must have a teacher qualification certificate of junior high school or above; ordinary high school teachers must have a teacher qualification certificate of high school or above; teachers of cultural courses and professional courses in vocational high schools must have a teacher qualification certificate of high school or above; financial professionals must have a teacher qualification certificate of high school or above. Have accounting qualification certificate.

4. Have the corresponding Mandarin level certificate. The specific requirements are: the Mandarin level of liberal arts teachers must reach Level 2A or above; teachers of other subjects (including teachers of professional courses in vocational high schools) must have a Mandarin level of Level 2B or above.

5. Under 30 years old (born after September 1, 1980).

6. Be in good health and have no infectious diseases.

3. Registration method

1. Registration time: July 21-28, 2010 (8:00-11:30 am, 3:00-6:00 pm ). Late registration will not be accepted.

2. 3. 4. Qualification Review

5. Examination and assessment

(1) Examination

1. Examination content: The examination content for applying for teacher positions is the public knowledge that teachers should possess . It mainly includes theoretical knowledge such as pedagogy, psychology, teachers’ professional ethics, and educational policies and regulations. The main reference materials are: "Teacher Professional Ability Test" (2010 General Edition), "Education Law", "Teacher Law", "Compulsory Education Law", "Teacher Qualification Regulations", "School Physical Education Work Regulations", "School Health Work" Regulations", "Code of Professional Ethics for Primary and Secondary School Teachers", etc. The examination content for applying for the position of financial professional is basic knowledge of accounting profession.

The main reference materials are: "Accounting Principles", "Financial Accounting", etc.

2. Examination time: The examination time is from 9:00 to 11:00 am on August 12, 2010 (qualified candidates are requested to go to the Organization and Personnel Section of the Education Bureau on the morning of August 10, 2010 to obtain the approved research).

3. Exam location: See the admission ticket.

4. Application of test results: High schools will demarcate the public knowledge test score shortlist according to the ratio of 1:3 for recruitment positions according to school subjects; junior middle school and elementary school subjects will be based on the ratio of 1:2 for recruitment positions. The shortlisted candidates will be determined based on the public knowledge test scores in proportion; the finalists will be determined by accounting professionals based on the ratio of 1:1 for the recruitment positions, and they will directly participate in the physical examination and political review. Those below the shortlist will not take part in the assessment.

(2) Assessment

1. Assessment content: Teacher applicants are mainly assessed on their professional teaching ability.

2. Assessment method: Lectures or lectures will be used, and on-site assessment and scoring will be conducted in accordance with the principle of teaching what you apply for. High schools organize assessments on a school-by-school basis, with judges (more than 7 people) composed of school assessment leadership groups and special class personnel to score, and the scores are scored by adding the scores and averaging the scores (removing the lowest score and the lowest score). Junior high schools and primary schools are concentrated in municipal schools, and lectures or lectures are organized by subject (the order is determined by drawing lots). Each subject is composed of expert judges (more than 7 people) to score, and the scores are scored by adding the scores and averaging the scores (removing the scores and the lowest score).

3. Assessment time and location: The assessment time and location will be notified later.

4. Application of assessment results: According to the assessment results, the subjects are sorted from high scores to low scores. Shortlisted candidates will be determined based on the number of positions to be recruited. When there is a tie in assessment scores, the one with the better score in the public knowledge test will take precedence.

6. Physical examination and political review

1. Physical examination: Shortlisted candidates will go to the Municipal People's Hospital Physical Examination Center for routine physical examination, and the Municipal People's Hospital Physical Examination Center will issue a specific examination certificate.

2. Political review: Those shortlisted for assessment will be issued with actual performance certificates by their units or graduate schools.

Natural elimination will be implemented for those who fail the physical examination or political performance or voluntarily give up after being shortlisted. Vacancies arising after natural elimination will not be filled by personnel.

7. Public announcement

The proposed personnel will be publicized within an appropriate scope, and the publicity period will be 7 days.

8. Recruitment and treatment

Personnel to be hired who have no objections to the announcement must report to the employing unit before August 31 to take up their posts. The assessment period for employed personnel is three months. Those who fail the assessment at the end of the period will be dismissed. Qualified personnel will go through the recruitment procedures and enjoy salary benefits as in-service public faculty and staff.
