Project Application Article 8 Implementation objects: Establish science and technology assistance stations in primary and secondary schools in counties, towns, and villages in economically underdeveloped areas. Article 9 Determination of aided schools: (1) Donors who donate more than 50,000 yuan have the right to designate the establishment of science and technology assistance stations in one or more primary and secondary schools; (2) Donors can also entrust the Science and Technology Foundation to inspect and determine the recipients. The Science and Technology Assistance Station must actively participate in the activities organized by the Science and Technology Foundation’s Spring Rain Project and give full play to the role of the Science and Technology Assistance Station. 6. Management after project operation Article 21 The education administrative department where the Chunyu Project Science and Technology Assistance Station is located must designate a dedicated person to take charge, maintain long-term contact with the Chunyu Project Office of the Science and Technology Foundation, and incorporate the management of the science and technology assistance station into the audio-visual education department of the education administration department. Article 23 Science and Technology Assistance Stations must carefully fill in the Science and Technology Foundation Volunteer Manual, register volunteer service hours, and create a good service environment for volunteers. Article 24 The Chunyu Engineering website establishes the Chunyu Engineering Online School, offers distance education courses to science and technology assistance stations, and delivers advanced teaching concepts and teaching resources to each assistance station. Aid stations should receive courses on time, conduct teacher training, and broaden students' horizons. Article 25 Information teachers at the Science and Technology Assistance Station are the correspondents of the Chunyu Project website. They must actively organize teachers and students to contribute to the Chunyu Project website and promote their region and school. Article 26 The Science and Technology Foundation will invite donors and education administrative departments from time to time to conduct inspections and evaluations of science and technology assistance stations. For those whose evaluation results are excellent, the Science Foundation will reward the local education administrative department, aided schools and aid stations; for those whose evaluation results are unsatisfactory, the Science Foundation, together with the local education administrative department, will order them to make rectifications within a time limit. Chapter 2 Contact Person

Chapter 3 Mode of Operation

Article 9 Any unit or individual can provide donations to the Spring Rain Project without any limit on the amount. Chunyu Project is temporarily unable to provide formal receipts or invoices to donors, but only provides account inquiry and supervision.

Article 10: There are two types of sponsorship methods: directional and non-directional:

⑴ Directed sponsorship means that a single or multiple sponsors fixedly sponsor one or more sponsors. The method for current students is referred to as "one-on-one sponsorship";

Article 11 How to use funds:

Article 12 Operational Process

⑴ Make a list of students to be sponsored and publish it online;

Article 13 The transportation, food and accommodation expenses for return visits and preliminary visits shall be borne by the volunteers themselves. Chunyu Engineering does not assume any liability for debt, safety, or any other liability arising therefrom.

Chapter 4 Sponsors

Article 13 Sponsors should take the initiative to register for the Chunyu Project Forum and carefully read and understand the terms of this Convention and other relevant information before deciding to sponsor. Their donation shall be regarded as their recognition and acceptance of this Convention.

Article 14 Donors should know and understand the voluntary, spontaneous and obligatory nature of Chunyu Project activities, accept the time or personnel arrangements during its operation, and pay attention to relevant information on their own announced.

Article 15 The sponsor should cooperate with the liaison person and fill in the sponsor information form for filing. Chunyu Project has the responsibility to keep the personal information of sponsors confidential.

Article 16 Once any donation from the sponsor is entered into the Spring Rain Project account, it will no longer be refunded.

Article 17 The Chunyu Project liaison person will work hard to coordinate the personal contact between the sponsor and the student, but the cultivation and establishment of the relationship between the two parties requires more efforts from the sponsor.
