I. Recruitment Target, Scope and Conditions
(1) Candidates: college graduates in 2007 and social on-the-job and non-on-the-job personnel who meet the job requirements (those newly recruited civil servants cannot apply for the exam before the probation period expires).
(2) Recruitment scope: In principle, college graduates with grassroots work experience should be recruited in the whole province; In principle, other positions are recruited nationwide.
(3) Basic conditions for applying for the exam

2. Applicants should generally have a college education or above, and ethnic autonomous areas can be relaxed to secondary schools or high schools. The specific educational level is determined by the recruiting unit according to the job requirements. Among them, the fresh graduates of colleges and universities in 2007 must obtain the required certificates such as graduation certificate and degree certificate before July 3, 2007, and go through the employment procedures with the certificates; Other personnel must obtain the relevant certificates of job requirements before the interview qualification review (on-site registration, before registration). 3. Second, registration and qualification examination
Online registration is adopted for open recruitment of provincial organs, and on-site registration is not organized; Approved by the provincial department in charge of employment, the vertical management system below the city and state can take the form of on-site registration. Online registration is organized by the Organization Department of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Personnel Department, and the qualification examination is the responsibility of the recruiting unit. The qualification examination includes three links: the preliminary qualification examination when registering online, the qualification review before the interview and the qualification confirmation in the inspection work.
(1) Online registration: The online registration time is 20061October 25th165438+1October 2nd. Candidates should log on to the registration website 3-4 days after filling in the information to check whether they have passed the preliminary qualification examination. Those who fail the preliminary qualification examination cannot take the exam.
(2) Preliminary qualification examination: The recruiting unit conducts preliminary qualification examination online according to the materials and job application requirements reported by the candidates online, and puts forward audit opinions within 2 working days after the applicants register.
(3) Registration confirmation and payment: Candidates who pass the preliminary examination must log on to Sichuan Personnel Examination Network (www.scpta.gov.cn) from June 5438+1October 26th to June 5438+1October 8th, 2006, upload photos and pay online.
(4) Examination opening ratio: The ratio between the number of applicants for written examination and the number of positions to be employed is generally not less than 5: 1. Among them, hard and remote areas such as Sanzhou and individual positions with strong professionalism and urgent need for work may be appropriately relaxed with the approval of the provincial employment department. After the registration confirmation, if the registration fails to reach the examination proportion and needs to be adjusted, it shall be arranged by the provincial employment department.
Third, the exam.
(1) written test: the public written test subjects are "administrative professional ability orientation test" and "application". If the recruitment position is professional, you can add professional subjects. (3) Score calculation method: The total score of the exam is calculated as 100. If you don't add professional subjects, the written test scores of public subjects account for 70%, and the interview scores account for 30%; Adding professional subjects, the written test scores of public subjects account for 50%, professional subjects account for 20%, and interview scores account for 30%; For highly professional positions, with the approval of the Provincial Employment Department, the written test scores of public subjects account for 30%, professional subjects account for 40%, and interview scores account for 30%.
The full marks of "Administrative Professional Aptitude Test" and "Shen Lun" are 100, accounting for 50% of the written test scores of public subjects. The full score of the interview is 100, which is converted into the total test score according to the prescribed proportion.

Fourth, physical examination and investigation
After the interview, according to the positions and places to be hired (including positions and places sorted in advance), according to the candidates' total test scores, from high to low (if the total test scores are the same, the rankings will be determined by the total written test scores; If the total score of the written test is the same, the ranking shall be determined according to the order of the scores of "Administrative Professional Aptitude Test" and "Shen Lun", and the candidates who enter the physical examination and inspection shall be determined equally, and the physical examination and inspection shall be organized by the recruiting unit.
